Photo 1: My goal for this picture was to bring out the main colors and show textures of the leaves and petals of the flowers. The first thing I did to this photo was balance colors. With color balancing, I changed the mid-tone blue to +66 and cyan colors to -61. I also brightened the photo a small amount. Then I added two strokes, one blue and one green.
Photo 2: With this vibrant pink flower photo, I changed the color balance to a deeper red (+647), deeper blue (+100) and a deeper green (+28). The contrast was enhanced by 100% and saturation changed to +13. These enhancements allowed the photo to show more of its color from the flower and also the green leaves in the background.
Photo 3: This photo has color balance edits- mid-tones: red +55, green +32, blue +87. I edited the shadow as well: red +42 and also changed the contrast to -50. The stroke on this picture is maroon to bring out the colors of the horse. From the enhancements to this photo, you can see the texture and vibrance of the horse's coat.
Photo 4: I changed the color balance of this photo. With the mid-tones, i changed red to +55, green to +32, and blue to +87. I only changed the red shadow to +42. The contrast was changed also to -50. I placed two stroke borders on this photo to bring out the two main colors that are seen, purple and tan.
Photo 5: For this photo, I wanted to bring out the background colors by changing its color to purple. I did that by highlighting the blues to +87, brightening the photo 64% and changing the contrast to 100. I changed the mid-tones color magenta to -53 and changed the red to +58. From these enhancements, I was able to brighten and change the color of the background while also bringing out the vibrant colors of orange and yellow in the flower.
